חונכות Our Mentoring Program combines group activities and personal mentoring. It operates throughout the school year for students in the 6th and 7th grades. The goal of the program is to expose girls to female role models and equip them with tools that will enable them to reach their full potential, and in the long term – minimizing gender equality. ​ ​ Every week, a group of eight girls meets their counselors, two university students from our team. At first, the girls participate in a group activity, and afterward, each girl attends a one-on-one personal mentoring session. The program consists of five main sets of activities: introduction, planning ahead and setting goals, self-presentation and public speaking, decision-making and coping with stressful situations, and finally – entrepreneurship, breaking boundaries. ​ The participants receive and practice a wide range of practical tools, while learning about inspirational women in history. The activities are engaging and entertaining; they include fun tasks, games and video clips. Throughout this time, the girls also receive personal mentorship that allows each girl to practice techniques learned during the group activity and the one-on-one session with their counselor. הגישי מועמדות כאן

Each chapter presents the unfamiliar story of an inspiring woman from a different period throughout history. The podcast represents women who did something extraordinary in times when male society expected women to take care solely of their household and their children. Throughour history, the spotlight of stories is abot men. Women do not get their fair share of the public spotlight and sometimes are just in the backround. חונכות The Alumni Program is a direct continuation of the annual Mentoring Program and was developed with the belief that our participants should continue to be accompanied at additional stages in their lives. ​ The Alumni Program is designed to enable graduates of the annual Mentoring Program to continue and develop the tools they acquired during the first mentoring year, to take them one step further, and to provide them with tools for their adult lives. ​ The program will allow participants to meet other graduates from across the country, to enjoy more in-depth enriching content, and to focus on practical experience through the PBL (project-based learning) approach. The program includes: • Alumni groups in centers around the country (Rehovot, Jerusalem, and Bat Yam) • Group meetings once a month • Personal mentoring sessions • A national Hackaton • Planning, production, and execution of a personal project In the 2020 school year, about 30 girls from around the country participated in the program.

שבוע הנערה חוזר! שריינו את התאריך - 12.12.21 !!! לאתר שבוע הנערה >>> בשנת 2020 התקיים לראשונה שבוע הנערה הישראלית, במסגרתו נפגשו מאות קבוצות וכיתות מכל הארץ עם נשים מובילות כדי לקבל מהן השראה ולהכיר מודלים לחיקוי בשלל תחומים. יד ביד עם פעילות חינוכית איכותית, הופק דו"ח הנערה הישראלית - דו"ח ארצי שנתי שמתמקד בתפיסות העצמיות ובשאיפות של נערות במדינת ישראל, כדי לשים את הנערות במרכז ולעורר מודעות להזדמנויות, השאיפות והאתגרים של דור העתיד ומנהיגות המחר. איך נראה השבוע? בשבוע הנערה אנחנו עוסקות במגוון תחומים - מדע וטכנולוגיה, חברה וממשל, תקשורת, ספורט ותרבות, עסקים ויזמות. כל יום נפתח בראיון מרתק עם אישה פורצת דרך בתחומה, המשודר בלייב. במקביל מתקיימים מפגשים עם מנטוריות מתנדבות בבתי ספר ברחבי הארץ, לשיחות מעוררות השראה. זו הזדמנות לנערים ונערות בגילאי חט"ב ותיכון לשוחח עם המנטורית, לשמוע על הדרך שעברה בשביל להיות מי שהיא, על ההצלחות, הכישלונות והאתגרים, ולקחת חלק פעיל בדיון המרתק שנוצר. ​ דו"ח הנערה הישראלית הדו"ח ממפה תופעות ומגמות מרכזיות בחיי הנערות בישראל, במטרה לייצר תמונת מצב עדכנית של מידת ההערכה העצמית והביטחון העצמי בקרב נערות בישראל. אנחנו בעמותת שוות, רואות בדו"ח זה כנקודת המוצא העיקרית לעבודתנו ושמות לנו למטרה להמשיך ולפעול יום יום על מנת לשפר את מידת ההערכה העצמית של הנערות בישראל. הדו"ח נעשה בחסות אפלייד מטיריאלס ובוצע ע"י מכון רושניק. דו"ח הנערה 2021 יפורסם בדצמבר הקרוב. ​ ​ לדו"ח הנערה הישראלית המלא- לחץ כאן שבוע הנערה הישראלית סיכום של שבוע הנערה הישראלית 2020 מאקו- MAKO הריאיון המלא עם הספורטאית האולימפית לינוי אשרם בשבוע הנערה הישראלית 2020 ועידת החינוך התרבות והספורט דיון בועידת החינוך בכנסת בנושא עידוד שאיפותיהן וההערכה העצמית של הנערות בישראל.
